Google API Services User Data

Relay's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Relay uses Google Workspace data to carry out the agent work you request, such as reading a selected message, drafting a reply, or updating a file or calendar event. Relevant content may be sent to the AI model provider selected for your workspace to complete that work. Relay does not use Google Workspace data for advertising, sell it, or use it to train or improve generalized AI models. Relay personnel may access specific Google Workspace data only with your explicit consent, when necessary to investigate a security issue or abuse, or when required by law.

Your Choices and Controls

You can disconnect connected services, revoke provider access, delete individual product resources, or request account deletion. Removing access can stop agent work that depends on the affected account or data. Some operational, billing, security, and backup records may remain for the limited periods described in this policy or required by law.

Security and International Processing
